Before and After Care for Children

YMCA Fun Company offers before and after care options for K-4 students. They are located in the SSES cafeteria. Before care opens at 6:30 am, and students are released to class at 7:45 am. Students are then walked by teachers to the cafeteria around 2:55 pm. Visit the YMCA Fun Company for more information and registration.
- Scruggs Karate provides before and after care options for PK-4 students. They are located at 781 Bell Rd. Antioch, TN 37013 and provide free transportation to and from SSES for students. For before care, they open at 7:00 am and leave for SSES at 7:30 am. Students are provided a cold breakfast if needed. For after care, they pick up PK at 2:00 pm and K-4 at 3:00 pm from SSES. Stronger Than My Father (Hope Leadership Academy) also offers before and after care for PK-4 students. They are located at 2783 Smith Springs Rd. Nashville, TN 37127 and provide transportation to and from SSES for students. For before care, they open at 6:00am and leave for SSES around 7:30 am. For after care, they pick up PK at 2:00 pm and K-4 at 3:00 pm from SSES. Students are offered tutoring/homework support, literacy support, life-skills training/mentoring, and recreational activities.
